Biography:

Orenc was Born in Nagold, started his music studies at the age of ten by playing the violin, then he studied kanun and piano. After graduating from Beyoğlu High School, she completed her bachelor's and master's degrees with his thesis on “A Comparative Study of Nayi Osman Dede’s Rast Mevlevi Ayini” at Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music Conservatory. Orenc carries on phd studies in the fields of historical musicology, makam music, music theory and music paleography. She still participates in orchestra and music ensembles and working as a research assistant at the ITU Department of Music Theory of Turkish Music State Conservatory.
