Biography:

She graduated from İstanbul Vefa Lisesi and also she graduated from halftime Turkish Music Department of Bakırköy Music Conservatory Foundation. In 2006 she won the 1st place in the Voice Contest organized by KASDAV and won the third place in the Safiye Ayla - Zeki Muren Voice Contest organized by Turkish Education Foundation in that same year. She collaborated on a CD called “Fasıl” under the tutelage of Nevzat Atlığ. She also collaborated with Sound and Breath Classical Turkish Music Ensemble on the CD called “Kutlu Peygamberim” contributed by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality on behalf of the Holy Birth Week in the year 2006. She graduated from faculty with a first-class degree in 2012. Between the years 2015 and 2016 she taught solfege-theories of Turkish Music at the Bakırköy Music Conservatory Foundation. She appeared as a guest star at the Turkish Music concerts of various voluntary organizations and foundations. She was assigned as a programme presenter and solo singer at Turkish Radio and Television Corporation broadcasts. In 2017 she took part as the Project Coordinator and Jury Member of the 1st Golden Bridge Turkish Music Composition Contest of Büyükçekmece Municipality. Her first album ‘Ömür Borcu’ which was released in January 2018, won the prize of “The album of the year” given by the platform “Do A Good Turn to Life”. She completed her postgraduate studies at Haliç University and she is currently a student of Turkish Music Proficiency Programme. She is teaching repertoire at the Vocal Training Department of Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory
