Biography:

Serkan Mesut Halili, completed middle school, high school, college education in Istanbul Technical University Turkish Music State Conservatory and graduated in 2008.
He completed his master's degree and doctor of musical art (DMA) education at Haliç University. 
He has been teaching “Kanun” at ITU Turkish Music State Conservatory since 2013.
